This just feels bluesy. It's got that familiar repeated refrain. Blues lyrics are often not very sophisticated. Rather, they take a minimalist route to expressing deep emotion. "Cause Blues is 'bout the blues." I hear this with  a medium to faster tempo. Probably with a strong rhythm guitar and some back ground harp. A simple, kind of sloppy lead guitar would sound good here too. It's got the makings of a fine blues tune.
