Our Book on Life

When I'm dealt a hand that isn't fair
And the anger seems too great to bare
I need the Father's wise advise
I open up OUR BOOK ON LIFE

When temptation seems to take control
And I'm consumed with guilt that won't let go
I need the Son to shed the light
I open up OUR BOOK ON LIFE

Chorus:
Devine inspiration written years ago
from the Father to his children below
We find within the pages words of comfort and reprimand
We find our Father's love and the guidance of His hand

When I wonder what life's all about
when I'm feeling low and have my doubts
I ask the Spirit to be my guide
I open up OUR BOOK ON LIFE

Repeat Chorus

Judges Comments:

I think Alicia has really touched on something here. This is a slightly different subject in this genre. When we are troubled and despair it is good to remember that there is an instruction book for life and how to live it. This point is made very well the repeating the title in each verse in the power position.*

Really nice, Alicia, please send another!
