The Never-Ending One

Because we here are bound by faith
in one who seems so far,
there are none so tried or crucified
as those who reach for the stars

A prophet in his country can count on no regard,
the children rally to him while the elder hearts are hard
to the message long unspoken when it needed to be heard
The elders hang the prophet;
the children, on his every single word

Blessed are those who have faith in the Father
Blessed are those who are seeking the Son
Blessed are those who speak in the Spirit
that binds every heart to the Never-Ending One

The beggar in the doorway outshines the palace halls
the glamour of it's chandeliers and paintings on it's walls
for when the prophet spoke his truth, the nobles cried, "Absurd"
The beggar held his cup up high,
hungry for his every single word

Blessed are those who have faith in the Father
Blessed are those who are seeking the Son
Blessed are those who speak in the Spirit
that binds every heart to the Never-Ending One

Because we here are bound by faith
in One who seems so far,
there are none so tried or crucified
as those who reach for the stars

Use Me Lord

HERE I STAND LORD WITH OPEN ARMS LORD
WANTING TO DO ALL I CAN TO PLEASE YOU, LORD

CHORUS:
HERE I AM LORD USE ME LORD,
HERE I AM LORD USE ME

I WANT TO BE HIGHLY FAVORED IN YOUR EYES LORD
JUST LIKE YOUR SON WHO DIED FOR US
AND IN RETURN ALL HE DID WAS LOVE US

HERE I AM LORD USE ME, LORD
HERE I AM LORD USE ME

HERE I AM LORD USE ME
TO SPEAK YOUR WORDS

Jesus, Let Me Sing

(chorus)
Jesus, let me sing
Let me touch a heart or two
Jesus, let them see
That I'm living, just for you
I know that this old voice
Has wandered where it shouldn't go
Now I sing for your glory
and I want the world to know

These words praise you only
My heart has been changed
A dark cloud has been lifted
my life... rearranged
When I fell upon my knees
and found my way back to you
So, Jesus, let me sing
and let your message get through.

(repeat chorus)

Let me tell them about Heaven
and how you died on that cross
for a sinner, like me
who would have died, and been lost
Let me tell them how you arose
From a grave, dark and drear
How your sweet love can save them
and wipe away all their tears

(repeat chorus)

Family Tree

(1.)
On a lazy Sunday afternoon my mother came to me,
with some photographs and dated papers she thought that I should see.
The photographs were old and faded and I could barely read,
the dates and names my mother said made up my family tree.
She spoke about our kindred from years and years gone by,
about the time they left Virginia and the lives they left behind.
To see this place called Texas in the hope that it would be,
A place to bring their children and plant their family tree.

CHORUS
Family Tree, Family Tree,
Important information my mother shared  with me.
Family Tree, Family Tree,
Chronicles in history of how I came to be.

(2.)
When mama left my room I closed my eyes and began to dream,
about the names and dates and places that she had shared with me.
When suddenly I saw him, He was there in front of me,
Jesus motioned to me gently, and said, "Please come with Me."
He led me to a mountaintop that overlooked a sea,
surrounded by multitudes of people smiling up at me.
He said, "No matter what their color or their place in history,
these are all My Fathers children, this is your Family Tree."

CHORUS
Family Tree, Family Tree,
My Father sees no color and neither should we see.
Family Tree, Family Tree,
A Heavenly reunion I attended in a dream.

(3.)
From the shores of that great ocean, I followed Him anxiously,
down a rough and winding pathway to the place called Calvary.
He pointed to The Cross up on the hill in front of me,
and in a Fathers timeless wisdom, He said these words to me.
"For years and years I walked this earth, many people followed Me,
some came to know My Father; others slipped away from Me.
But for those who choose to love Him I can make this guarantee,
they will be with Us in Heaven, beside this Family Tree."

CHORUS
Family Tree, Family Tree
The ultimate in sacrifice my Savior made for me.
Family Tree, Family Tree
Our Fathers love is patient, He waits for you and me.
Family Tree, Family Tree, Family Tree.

Someone Loves You More Than I Do

I see you lying in your bed asleep so peacefully;
My heart is filled with joy and love, you mean so much to me.
But as I watch you learn and grow there's one thing I'd have you know...
Someone loves you so much more than I could ever do.

Chorus:
His name is Jesus, He died for you.
His name is Jesus, His love is always true.
While through all my life I promise that I'll be here for you,
Someone loves you more than I do.

He knew you'd be a sinner, He knew you would be lost;
But because His love for you is great, He died upon a cross.
Though to me you seem an angel, He knows that isn't so;
And He who knows you loves you more than you will ever know.

Chorus:

Endure

Questions drip from my umbrella
Shadows hang over me
Stand here, waiting
I know the sky will break
And bleed its light
And kiss my face with mercy

Chorus:
I'll endure the rain
I will wait an hour more
Not sure if I'll see anything
Can I wait here anymore
I'll endure the rain
I will wait an hour more
Not sure if I'll see anything
Can I wait here any longer

Teardrops vanish in a moment
Rainbows hang over me
Darkness, fading
I know the sky will break
And bleed its light
And kiss my face with mercy

Repeat chorus three times

Can I wait here any longer
Wait here any longer

Your Spirit

Some are on the rise, but I'm about to fall
This crazy world consuming me, no one cares at all
And just when I think, this season never ends
Your spirit comes along not afraid as a friend

Your spirit is so bright I look away in fear
Can not comprehend what you hold so close and dear
I am here for you never want to go away
I am here to bring you joy and soothe all your pain

My spirit on the rise, fear and pain not at all
This world consuming me, no, I've conquered it all
And just when I wish the season not to end
Your spirit comes along, life is here again.

To Win the Race

Verse 1:
The race has just begun, but the runner is weary
What can he do just to catch his breath
Is there someone to help him for the race is long
Is there someone to save him from death

Chorus:
Somewhere, someone is crying out
Somewhere they say...
Somewhere, someone is crying out
Show me the way...
Show me how to win this race

Verse 2:
The runner is fading; will he make it to the end
Who will come stand by his side?
Jesus, please help him and give him the strength
To carry on with his stride

Chorus

God send His Son and the race has been won
He made the Way for all to win
He bore the pain and the trials of this life
He overcame the weight of our sin...

Chorus

I'm The One

I picked you up, then washed you clean
I said believe, then I'll forgive
Cling into my arms and feel my love
I'm the one who will set you free

Bow your knees and make the choice
Lift your head and raise your voice
You can't get lost, just follow me
I'm the one who will set you free

CHORUS
I'm the one who walked up Calvary
I'm the one who died for all your sins
I'm the one and Holy Son of God
I'm the one who rose up from the grave
I'm the one and Holy Son of God
I'm the one who will set you free

I did not say it would be easy
But only with me will you be free
Don't get worried for tomorrow's
I'm the one who will set you free

CHORUS
I'm the one who walked up Calvary
I'm the one who died for all your sins
I'm the one and Holy Son of God
I'm the one who rose up from the grave
I'm the one and Holy Son of God
I'm the one who will set you free (3x)
